  Joe was very rude and sounded very frustrated at the fact I stated I had high approval odds based off credit karma. He kept cutting me off as I was talking and then included my student loans that are on hold for covid19 into my debt to income ratio also included my balances on my credit cards instead of what I pay monthly which is under $100. Very unprofessional and now I have a hard inquiry because I was hopeful. Never again

  Needed to borrow more money and OneMain had sent me an offer of more money so I apply online which was picked up by Diane who I had worked with before and she wrapped up my deal quickly and professionally. Diane is very professional but also makes you feel comfortable and confident.

  Diane was amazing . She was very knowledgeable and was a great help in helping me consolidate my debts. The interest is a little high but if paid off early that really does not matter so much. I am grateful they helped me and it was much easier than I expected. Love the fact that they are here in town in person. Very pleased. Thank you Diane

  The loan officer I worked with explained everything in detail and answered my questions and worked to help do what work best for me. She really listened to my needs and I felt like she had my best interest in mind. We kept my payment in the range that was reasonable for me. It was a very good experience.

  I had a very positive experience here. Everyone I spoke to was extremely nice and professional. Diane wrote my loan, and she did a fantastic job finding me a solution that was within my budget. She responded to all of my questions and handled everything very quickly. I highly recommend.

  Professionally staffed. Joyce reviewed everything thoroughly with me and made sure I understood the terms and conditions. She never gave the appearance of being in a hurry "to move on to the next client." Eric, the office manager, was also most helpful. Never a condescending attitude from either of these loan professionals. APR is of course higher than banks would be, but I knew this going in. No tricks, no slickness; only a professional, caring attitude. Thanks, Eric and Joyce!

  Very rude people - they never return phone calls or messages and act like you are somehow inconveniencing them. My wife insisted on using them for a small loan as we had pretty good service with them before but the service has definitely gone downhill since Citi took over. They approved us after making us wait for two days but I told them I was no longer interested. We went through our local community bank and had the loan approved and dispersed within an hour. Lesson learned. Citi will never get any of our business ever again and I will make sure I communicate this to everyone.

  My experience was great, alaina if I spelled her name correctly my loan officer was great. Everything done in a timely manner, great staff. Looking forward to working with them again. Give onemain 10 out of 10. Thank again.

  Been a long time customer, needed a little extra money and have never ever missed a payment. Figured I would get the loan and was tot I didn’t qualify do to credit check . Wow was I shocked guess I will pay off my loan as soon as I can and do business somewhere else

  Terrible customer service I was speaking with Paris and all of a sudden I was place on hold with out even warning me that I was placed on hold, I was on mid word when I heard the music. She was rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant... I would never take my business there. The supervisor needs to teach PARIS how to speak to customers.
