  The team at Gateway Mortgage, Jake and Matt were who we worked with specifically, were awesome. We did a back to back re-finance and second home purchase. They were able to navigate getting out of a VA loan so that we could use the VA loan immediately again for the second home purchase. The entire process was easy, efficient, simple an accommodating. Jake and Matt were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and their communication was impeccable.   I am very pleased with the service Gateway & The Liftoff Team supplied in the process of purchasing my first home. They were very well organized, super responsive when I had questions, & extremely diligent to get the best rates possible. For instance, their team actively sought ways to save costs throughout the process. At Closing, I received a check back, though I had anticipated having to pay at Close.   Matt, Jake and the entire Liftoff team did an exceptional job at providing for the needs of my husband and I. At the time, we were just considering purchasing a home. Jake met with us on a Saturday (because it was the only time that fit in our schedule) and broke down our financial situation and the different options available to us.
