  We stayed at Sandy Pointe 111, for two weeks. The Condo was Beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. Everything you needed for your stay was there. The garage is a little tight for an SUV, but it works. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of linens and towels. Great area to stay in. Quite but convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is perfect for a couple or a couple of families.

  We love renting from IVP and have been coming to AMI for more years then I can count. We have never had a single problem in the approx 15 years we have been renting. AMI is a lovely island with a small community feel. The sand and beach and restaurants are awesome. Our unit is perfect. You will not be disappointed with IVP. There is shopping, swimming, relaxing and it is a fabulous beach to walk. Many things to do nearby as well.

  This is our third visit to Anna Marie Island on the Gulf side of Florida. All three times we have stayed in Beach House Resort unit #8. It's a one bedroom condo on the top floor of a 3 story building housing 9 condos. There are a total of 3 condos on the top floor. The building is right on the beach (a super beach 7 miles end to end and you can walk the whole thing) about 50 yards (guess) from the water. A great view with gorgeous sunsets. The people at Island Vacation Properties are very helpful in working with you if there is any sort of issue during your stay. The condo is very well decorated and cozy with a well equipped kitchen, TVs in the living room and bedroom and a Jacuzzi style tub with shower. The bed is a comfortable queen size bed and even though we prefer a king size bed the queen worked well. Sound proofing between units is great. Nice balcony to spend the evening having a cocktail watching the sun go down or for dolphin watching which when we were there the latter part of January was great. The island has a free trolley system so once your there you really don't need your car again. A super nice Publix grocery is a short trolley ride away (about 2 miles) in a small mall with Walgreens and CVS along with several other stores. Wonderful restaurants and one is right next to Beach House Resort. You can't go wrong.

  WARNING: I would give them a zero if I could. Don't expect them to help you at all if you have a problem. The unit we stayed in had a leaking AC unit and a furnace issue which caused a layer of soot to be blown all over our room and by default in our lungs. Island Vacation Properties made all kinds of promises about helping us and getting us refunds...until they actually had to do something. Then, they backed down and blamed the owner of the unit. I had expected them to represent us in this contract, BUT THEY WALKED AWAY. Instead, all they offered was a refund of the outrageous cleaning fee. STAY AWAY! THIS PLACE TALKS A GOOD GAME, BUT THEY DON'T DELIVER!

  The unit needs some TLC. Not the worst. Kind of like your niece's first apartment or something. The appliances worked fine. Close to eating and shopping (walking distance). The best thing is the beach is just out the back door!

  Overall, our stay at the Beach Lovers , Unit 1, was very satisfying. The remodeling was very effective and appreciated. The unit has a much more airy and unified look. The only negative was the lack of bedroom storage space. There is really a need for a second chest of drawers, since three drawers can hardly accomodate two people fpr so long a stay . Additionally, having to arrive on Saturday makes for extremely stressful air travel, since airports are so crowded on weekends. A during-the-week arrival would be far easier. I appreciated being able to print my boarding pass at your Gulf Drive office. We look forward to our 2017 stay. Dale and Anna Fournier

  We have been well looked after by all of the efficient staff at Island Vacation Rentals during our vacations over the past three years , particularly Sarah. We travel from England so it is important to have this confidence in your staff, when we arrive in our little paradise. Looking forward to next year already.

  Very dissatisfied with this rental agency. This is not the first time using them but it will most likely be the last. We’ve had multiple issues during our stay and I’ve tried to contact them but apparently the person I need to speak to is never there. I even explained how unhappy we were in the survey they sent to me about my visit, and no one ever reached out to me. Very poor customer service. At least a follow up call or email would have been appreciated.

  Stayed at Beach House Resort, Unit 1, from 5/13 till 5/22. I have been staying there since 1983, way before it went condo. Though the island has changed a lot in those years, the beauty of staying right on the gulf has not. wonderful screened in porch. Was worried the new Tiki bar would disrupt the peace of the beach but most of the time, could not even hear it! Very clean inside but they do need some new beach umbrellas! Last time I was here, I had a broken foot and was staying on the 3rd level. The people at Island Vacation Properties were unbelievably helpful, including getting me someone to carry my luggage and groceries up the stairs for me. Would definetly recommend the Beach House and dealing with the nice people at IVR, makes it an easy choice.

  I always book with IVP when visiting Anna Maria. They go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. The rentals have always been properly cleaned, and when there is a problem of any kind make sure that it is resolved right away. Great job - I highly recommend
