  Salor's Dream . Great house with a fair location off Anna Maria Island. Traffic and bridge openings often make it inconvenient and timely to get onto the island but once there you will love it. Renters should know that the in-laws of the home owner live next door and created some privacy concerns, pool maintenance problems, etc. We rented this property February and March of 2016 and again the following year. After our 2017 stay I received a letter where I was accused by the home owner, the real estate agent, and the pool company of tampering ,"wantonly" breaking the locked box to the pool heater, and adjusting the pool to a higher temperature. I did not. The letter continued to be full of other misinformation. The owner’s father in-law visited our pool pump area almost daily, thus causing the privacy issue and possibly the reason the electric box was tampered with during the time he lost his keys. These 2017 accusations by the home owner, pool employee, and the disrespectful treatment I received from the rental agent/owner via a phone conversation has left a bitterness and lack of trust between all parties. We expected to be able to rent for both months again in 2018, but when we contacted the realtor we were told that the owner took the property off the rental market for February 2018. However, the in-laws told us that the owner rented the house for February to the people who rented in January because they wanted to stay longer. Finding that out was very disappointing. In the same letter from the home owner, he agreed to let us rent for March 2018. As rentals are hard to find we accepted that offer, knowing we would look for another place for next year. For the most part, we enjoyed the comforts and conveniences of this home, but because of the previous mentioned issues and concerns we can not recommend using this real estate agency and/or renting from this home owner. March 2018 was pretty quiet except for the unusually loud pool pump that finally met its complete demise during our last week of vacation. It was reported by the in-laws that the pump has been a problem since December. Two days prior to us leaving on March 30 ,2018 , the pool pump was finally repaired.

  This country is in an unprecedented health emergency when we are all asked to do our part and stay home. This is not at the choice of your renters and yet you refuse to refund even a penny of hard earned money. The government has shut down the beaches & restaurants are closed and yet you expect, and by not refunding any money are frankly encouraging, people to come to your island. Irresponsible and shameful! I understand you have a business to run but you have to understand that to run that business in the future you need your return customers and refusing even a half refund means at least this one will never use your service.

  Very, very one sided. You say it rightly: we have to run a business. Will you come by and pay the lease, and the wages, and the insurance, and, and? You should be equally interested that we do not go all bust but you just have your own ego sight. Very, very sad. The total desastrous impact of this so- called Corona crisis is yet to come. Maybe you do not have to worry, you ptobably sit on a government, state or city job chair. But what's about all the small businesses like ours?

  Location of our rental was great. There was a booking issue, we originally booked for 4 nights then called back the next day and spoke to Markus to add another night and were told it would be added. Surprise! It wasn't added and we had to be out in 30 minutes and look for a place to stay, we had two children with us. Kind of a panic and couldn't find a place to take the family for one more night on AMI. Ended up in an overpriced hotel in another part of Florida. It would have been nice if they would have offered some help to find us something!

  Owners Beware! I am a close friend of owners who rent their property through Florida Dreams Realty and I keep a close eye on the property, taking care of minor repairs and technical issues. Yesterday, while troubleshooting Internet and wi-fi issues for the owners, I had the misfortune to cross paths with one of the owners of Florida Dreams Realty - Marianne. To say that this woman is arrogant and rude would be an understatement. The first words out of her mouth was to accuse me of stealing a bag of chips from their welcome pack and, despite my protestations, she insisted that I took them - not a good way to greet a friend of the family. The Condo Association has a strict "no pets" policy and yet this woman had her dog running around the property in clear breach of the rules - not a good example for the tenants and a further example of her arrogance. Clearly the rules are for everyone else, but not for her. From my conversations with the property owners, I strongly suspect that Florida Dreams Realty are following the example of the airlines by making their fees look competitive but, when you add up all the "extras" - owners having to pay for advertising and exorbitant charges for changing a light bulb ($32) - the bottom line adds up significantly. With so much competition on the Island to manage this spectacular beachfront property, I'm amazed that the owners of Florida Dreams Realty cannot grasp the concept that they work for the property owners and not the other way round and that their arrogance is not good business practice. Perhaps when enough owners drop their services (as these owners have) they will re-think their approach.

  Sorry Patricia Horne, not the noble English way! You have no legitimacy whatsoever to write such a review. We have no relationship with you whatsoever, you are not a previous renter nor are you a homeowner who worked or works with us. You are stating wrong numbers, facts and events. You do not have a clue of the business. We are happy to provide references of many happy home owners who work with us since years. By the way: You could have added that your friends, the owner of the condo, always bring two dogs when they are on site. I assume they are service dogs, otherwise they would violate the rules since years. The little dog of the supervisor that was in for a very short time is a legally registered service dog. Do you wanna go against that? By the way: Florida Dreams terminated the business relationship not the condo owners. Beware of this woman!

  Marbella lived up to it's description on your website! It was just perfect/ very clean and the right size for the three of us. I loved being able to the ocean when I got up and hear it when we got back at night! It was the perfect location to walk or take the trolly and having the beach essentials in the garage was a huge plus! We will definitely book one of your rentals again when we come back down!!

  Florida Dreams Realty is an awesome company to do business with. I worked with Susie and she is terrific! She was always happy to help in any way she could. Our vacation was one of the best yet. Our unit at Playa Encantada was picture perfect, with amazing views of the gulf. We will be reaching out to Florida Dreams again to plan our next trip to AMI.   We had a trip planned for a long girls weekend in Florida. We would've been coming in from multiple parts of the country from South Dakota to Illinois, Iowa, New Jersey, North Carolina and two from right there in Florida which is why we chose that destination. Due to the pandemic (not a big deal to them clearly) some of the ladies work in healthcare and were told they would have to quarantine when coming back from Florida, we reached out to cancel and or even reschedule and this company flat out refused. Our friend that booked it that lives in Florida which is why they wouldn't allow it. Even after explaning that others were coming from out of state they still refused. She booked it with this company because they were local and we needed a house to hold eight. Its just disappointing that they wouldn't even allow us to reschedule, or even transfer allowing us to "sell" our week to someone else so we could get some of our money back. It is sad and extremely poor business practices and I would absolutely never recommend this company to anyone.

  Adriana was very unprofessional, and money hungry. We had a property booked with her and when talks of a tropical storm came up, I asked her nicely to help us reschedule any weekend that is open for her, so that she wouldn't lose the business. She told me that she knows there is a storm but she will not issue a refund and will not reschedule. We were considerate and offered to reschedule for any weekend that's open to her, but instead she just took our money and was very rude about it. Selfish, heartless company

  We booked our two week vacation at 'Sailor's Delight' with Florida Dreams Reality of Anna Maria Island a couple of months ago and we could not be happier! The staff at Florida Dreams Reality were 'off the hook' and the property we stayed at was in excellent condition, well maintained and exceptionally clean! Hats off to everyone!!! When we arrived there was a 'Welcome bag' filled with everything we needed to know about the area - from things to see, things to do, place to eat and 'MUST SEE's' near our property in San Remo and the surrounding - Anna Mari/Bradenton Beach and Longboat Key. They didn't miss anything and neither did we. Suzy Jackson, the Office Manager is a real doll and went out her way to ensure our stay was the very best it could have been. Thanks Suzy! We had friends stop by (Jeri/Tim/Terry/Bill/Linda/Gene/Penny/Doug/Joanne/Donna/Jan for a cook out and they were amazed at our rental property. WOW was the word of the day! Ya just can't beat the personal, professional staff at Florida Dreams Reality. Gail and I want to thank Suzy and her staff for making our stay so wonderful. This is a place where memories are made!!!   We had a great experience renting a condo through Florida Dreams Realty on Anna Maria Island in Florida!!! The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! We would rent the same condo in a minute... except that next time we hope to take more people!!!! Thank you Florida Dreams Realty!!
