  Carrie Bycott at Horizon Lending Services was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t know how to go about finding someone to help me refinance, so asked a family member for a recommendation. She hooked me up with Carrie and it was a piece of cake from that point forward. Carrie was always there with information and updates. If I had a question she promptly responded and walked me through the whole process. All I had to do was provide some information and it couldn’t have been any easier on my end. I would absolutely without hesitation recommend Carri Bycott and Horizon Lending Services.

  Carrie and Sharon are outstanding to work with. They listen, they communicate, they present all options and explain the 'why' behind every option, recommendation and step in the process. I've never had a smoother experience related to a loan of any kind, let alone a home refi. I was especially impressed with Carrie's communication. I never had a doubt she was on top of everything and was working on our behalf. I can't recommend them enough!

  Carrie was my loan officer. Very professional and kind woman. She worked her butt off to get closing done in just a couple of weeks (which is nearly impossible). She was able to beat a competitive deal I was offered and wasted no time on getting the help I needed. I also liked how personable she was and how easy it was to talk to her. Overall, Horizon was awesome and hopefully if you're lucky, you'll get Carrie assigned to you.

  I would give them 10 stars if I could. My experience was absolutely great. Carrie provided honest upfront costs information, appraised me of market changes and advised when to lock in rate. All the paperwork and preapproval was a breeze. I have worked with many lenders in the past but this was my best experience. I strongly recommend Carrie for any refi. or a new mortgage financing. Thanks.
