  I have personally banked with Southside for years, so when we were looking for a bank for our business it was an easy choice. We have been impressed with the customer service and friendly tellers. Any time we have questions we are able to call or email and receive an immediate response. It’s so nice to find a bank with both a small town feel and big city capabilities.

  My husband and I have banked at Southside for years! I really appreciate the “extra mile” their employees go to satisfy their customers. Recently, my husbands debit card was switched at a restaurant with another Southside customer and Hope was able to resolve the issue in a matter of minutes. She’s a keeper and my go to manager when I have questions!

  I had just gone through a mortgage refi and very much looking forward to a 1 month free of a mortgage payment. I looked at my Southside checking balance and my old payment had been deducted. Due to other stressful circumstances going on, life, Jesus and his manager helped tremendously by efficiently doing a stop payment and waived the stop payment charge. I can’t express my gratitude for their compassion. I would not have asked for this favor under normal circumstances. So thank you Southside Bank for allowing your employees to think on their feet. I would also like to add my appreciation for Ethen who works along side them. He has also responded as a caring, efficient banker when I have had occasion to go into the Three Lakes facility. Thank you all!!

  I love the southside bank at three Lakes, Hope has been our banker from the beginning. She is very attentive and has excellent customer service skills. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else.

  Don't bank here if you like actually having access to your money. They keep it as long as possible, and the customer service is useless.
