  Late review but everyone at the Mortgage House was very kind, very responsive and even though I had many obstacles along the way they made it easy for me. From dealing with various offers to being able to lock my interest rate and extended it as long as I could they got it done. I was able to close on my first house with an amazing interest rate thanks to The Mortgage House. Highly recommend and will go through to them again in the future.

  The Mortgage House was nothing but incredible to work with from start to finish! Terry and Evelyn guided us through every step and answered all of questions and concerns all hours of the day. They made our first time home buying experience less scary and more fun! Would definitely recommend them for all Mortgage needs!❤️

  “From the very first call until after closing, Ke’Von at the Mortgage House was incredible. He was efficient, professional, thorough, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process.” At times things got bumpy but he always stayed positive and uplifted our worries. We were able to close on our first home. I highly recommend him and will def be sending clients his way.

  I can’t express how helpful Ke’Von Ware has been for the past YEAR of helping my family and I purchase our new home! From the beginning he was so helpful in guiding me in the process of purchasing a home, escrow/property taxes, and fixing/building credit! He was and is still so willing to talk on the phone with me for an extended period of time every time I have a list of questions and always made us feel like we were top priority even when I knew he deals with so many other clients all at the same time.   I cannot say enough about the service I received from Ke’Von when buying my first time home. He answered all my questions, calmed my fears and set me up for success to get the best rate and price possible, and he did it effortlessly. Ke’Von was always a text or call away if I needed, but also routinely checked in to be sure the whole process was progressing forward. It took several months to find my home but he was patient with me through it all. He genuinely has a customer in me for life and I will definitely be referring my friends and family to him for their home purchasing needs.

  Evelyn Zarate was our broker from The Mortgage House, she was the best, helped with questions we had, kept all details in check for us and even smiled when we finally met.
