  For quite some time my wife and I had been talking over making the leap from “renter” to “homeowner” after watching the housing market in Austin balloon over the past few years, and it was getting to the point that we both felt that we just might not even be able to afford to put a stake in the market race here. I mean, both of us have a couple of amazing and stable jobs at a few of the most leading businesses that are carried across the nation, and to think we might not even be able to afford to live in the place we fell in love or let alone the city that my wife grew up in? it had become overwhelming at best… and then we met Richie and his team. From the first conversation we shared with Richie, not only were our worries released, but the confidence he instilled within us was beyond refreshing, extending our senses with a touch of excitement as to what’s to come. From pre-approvals to the day we closed, Richie and his team were BEYOND accommodating, overly accessible and excessively modest to our needs. The patience Richie and his team displayed was not only exceptionally sound, but remarkably humbling to bear witness to. While both of us were working full time jobs and going to open houses, his team was working behind the scenes to ensure that they would be fully ready to make that next financial step when the time came. Bid after Bid, they were with us the entire way, rooting us on, making the challenge all the more welcoming as the days went on. And then it happened… one of our offers were ACCEPTED! It was at that point, that his team went full throttle and handled every inch of paperwork required, guiding us through ours, all the while assuring our inquiries and fully explaining every legality, while guiding our best interests in the forefront, and did I say they have patience? I’ve read many a horror story over how some lenders misguide their customers affordability, or professionally shame their stature calling their portfolios insufficient, or just simply make them feel like a bother at times. And like I said at the beginning… within the first conversation with Richie, we felt like our family was secured. My wife and I were ecstatic on closing day, and Richie was the first one to reach out to congratulate us. Should we ever wish to expand into another investment in real estate, you better believe Richie and his team will be my first call. They really did have a hand in changing our lives, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

  Richie is the best in the game. He helped me with the mortgage for my first home ever and ensured I was prepped, well versed and understanding of each part of the loan process. He's since helped me refinance not once, but TWICE, as the rates in Austin were at an all time low. He and his team are quick to answer questions, eager to help, and always there to coach and educate. They take what can be a stressful and overwhelming process and ensure it's seamless and simple from start to finish.

  Everything goes great at first, very responsive then drops off quickly after that. After following up multiple times when we found the home we were ready to make an offer on we ended up having to go to another broker/mortgage company last minute to get our deal closed. Having credit run multiple times is not ideal. I understand the market is very busy right now, but leaving a client hanging with no communication is unacceptable.

  Richie is the best. We used his services when we bought our home a few years ago. When it came time for the wife and I to refinance our mortgage to take advantage of lower rates there was no discussion or shopping around. The only questions was "who is going to call Richie?"
