  Called up to arrange temporary plates. Rudest experience I've had with a business. Didn't let me finish my questions, interrupted, nasty, and hung up on me as soon as he/she/it (one of those voices I couldn't tell which) was done answering my first question. I was apparently a complete hassle to be calling. NONE OF MY EXPERIENCES DEALING WITH THE DMV AND DPS WERE THIS BAD.

  We are sorry for your experience. Since no other Title Services are open on Saturdays we are very busy. The women you talked to had a room full of customers and is sorry she rushed through your question. Her answer however ,was correct, You must have insurance to get a 30 day temp tag. IF you purchase a car and are transferring title then you can use insurance on any car for the first 30 days of ownership of car you are transferring. On temp tags, the law is not the same.   Old grumpy lady should retire already. She wouldn’t sell me my registration and kept putting up different excuses. I got a racist feeling off of her and I don’t say that about most people. She was so unprofessional and rude. Please go somewhere else and do yourself a favor.

  I can assure you that was not the reason we could not do your transaction. Did you have insurance or Id and did it match the ownership of the auto? Do you live in Travis county? These are the most common reasons we can't renew some registrations. Sorry if you felt Mary was rude.

  Treated so poorly by an old lady that works here. So impolite and inpatient. She expects you to know everything right as you enter her office. Her daughter in the other hands so unwelcoming as well.

  When I went it it was very fast and convenient and I thought everything was as fine but I never received my title in the mail and very time I call no one answers. I don’t have a car to legally drive to the location and it would be nice to hear an explanation for why I never got my title.

  Very rude people, not only to the customers in their office but they are also rude to past customers. They will spread rumors about things they do not know about. I over heard them talking very bad about other people. Don't trust them, sounds like they will stab you in the back!

  Randy, I can't imagine what you heard. We very rarely have the time to talk to each other during working hours. We certainly do not talk about our valued customers. Sorry you feel that you heard that.

  This place smells like dog and Mary's attitude smells worse. I've got one word for whoever owns this loint...MEDICATION! The troll at the front needs a cocktail...hell, I'd chip in outta pure citizenship. If the county wasnt down to ONE office on airport, I would have just walked out. Go to Fry's on S Lamar...they actually care.

  Mary and her staff are the best at vehicle title transfers and license tag renewals. They are courteous, helpful and get the job done right.

  I went in to renew my vehicle registration and received grouchy service. I have since been going to DMV where it's not much better, ha. I guess it's not a glamorous industry and good customer service is not a priority.

  Avoid this business at all costs. You are treated very poorly by the people that work here. They have ZERO customer service skills. I am shocked about my experience here. Just wow.

  Great service, in and out very fast. I am sure most of the lower ratings are because people didn’t have the correct paperwork to get done what they wanted, and were frustrated. Thank you!
