  This branch with every other UFCU branch I have ever visited has given me excellent and courteous service. I have been with UFCU almost 21 years and can honestly say their service from the drive through, to the tellers, to the loan officers has always been beyond my expectations. I haven't been with them for as long as I have if they were not doing everything they could to provide that excellent service. Thank you!!

  Customer service # and office staff are always genuinely nice & knowledgeable. I appreciated the transparency for both new loans & refinancing. They were patient and educated me without taking advantage. I am naturally skeptical but happy to recommend after 7 months of being a customer.

  Since I’ve chosen to bank with UFCU, I’ve been extremely satisfied! I can honestly say that I haven’t been so very pleased with any financial institution the way I have been with UFCU. This location in particular was my local brunch for about a year. Each time I visited, I was definitely well taken care of. Staff was always very kind/polite, professional, and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. Thank you, UFCU for being the very best!

  I love this Credit Union because the people in here are so friendly. We have two loans with them and they've always had exceptional customer service. The rates are low and there are quite a few locations around town for convenience. Definitely shop this place when you're looking for the car 4 or house loan.

  When recently opening a teen checking account for my grandson, I decided on UFCU as opposed to Wells Fargo (who actually have a pretty good, free plan for teens too). This is one time a Credit Union's higher level of service is well worthwhile. There were a couple of little issues with setting up the account, but unlike major commercial banks, it was always a quick and easy phone call to extremely pleasant and helpful people. Might actually consider cancelling my regular checking account at some point since this has been such a good experience.

  This is my favorite UFCU in town, and I come to this location despite living closer to the Ben White location. Everyone here is courteous and very respectful, and most importantly they are always wearing a smile. I've been coming here for 2 years and never once experienced poor customer service. Keep in mind I come here a minimum of two times a week to do deposits for my business! Also as far as personal banking is concerned, they are always fully staffed. I switched over from Wells Fargo because I was tired of being in line with 10 people, with only two tellers. William is my personal banker at this location, give him a shout if you going in to start an account. He's been helping me since I opened my account, and makes everything super easy for me. Consider the switch if you're unhappy with your bank, you'll be so thankful you did!

  Credit Unions help keep our economy local. This one is great. When there's unusual activity on my account they let me know immediately. They've caught thieves more than once.

  I was lucky enough to squeeze in as a last customer today. David who helped me was very kind and quickly showed me how to fix the problem I'd been having. Then he offered to help me with another question I had that wasn't urgent at all. I'm really impressed with the dedication to customer satisfaction and I've never had a bank I'm happier with.
