  We just refinanced our home through Guild. Seamless and professional is the best way to describe these folks. Brooke and her team were right next to us throughout the whole process. They never let more than 24 hours pass before responding to emails, etc, etc, etc. I highly recommend this team for any of your mortgage needs. They are the standard.

  I wasn't even thinking about refinancing my home, but a friend mentioned his experience with Brooke off-hand and piqued my interest.   I've bought several homes in the past. From experience I can say Brooke Noth made the whole process, might I say, pleasant. No other mortgage companies I've used have done that (most made the process painful). She was very responsive and kept me well informed through out the process. Also, things went so well the estimated closing date could be pulled in a week early :). Awesome job, Brooke! Highly recommended. You won't find better service in a mortgage company and agent.

  Brooke really was incredibly vital to this entire process, both in providing all necessary information in a very timely, easy to understand manner, and rooting for us along the way. It seemed like she was personally invested in our success throughout the process and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with every step we took. Brooke called us the night before our closing at 8:30PM to go over every single question we had for the closing, and made sure to answer the questions we didn't even know we had. We were upset that COVID meant Brooke couldn't attend the closing in person because we were so looking forward to meeting and thanking her in person! By the end of the process, Brooke seemed more like a close friend than a mortgage officer we had first talked with over the phone just a month prior.
