      If you are looking for a lender, or if you get sent to these folks, I would highly recommend their services. I've gone through this process a few times in the last 8 years or so, and this was by far the least stressful. They are very good at getting the information up front and being prepared with a very fair rate. Also referred me to a great home insurance option. With other lenders they seemed to be scrambling at the end to get things straight. Glad I went with HTL.
