  I can’t put into words how great Richard is at his job. I truly believe among all interactions I’ve had being the customer, my experience with him takes the cake. He was incredibly responsive, diligent, and aggressive with moving my information up to lenders for my specific service. I’d recommend him to anybody looking for a home loan. I would give 6 stars if possible.

  David Pauley was pure professionalism. His knowledge and honesty was impressive and he patiently walked us through every step of the purchasing and mortgage process. I couldn't recommend him more! He did everything he could to find us the best loan for our situation. We shopped around a bit, but in the end, working with someone that we trusted and that had good character was the best decision we made.

  David is as good as they come! We went through a couple different lenders trying to work out a difficult situation. David was the only one out of those who was consistently responsive, gave us good advice, and was personable (and patient). We’ll be using him again in the future should we need to buy another house!

  My experience with Richard has been a blessing. He pressed and pressed with a challenging situation that I brought to the table and made it happen. He made it possible with his team's help to get me a place to call home. We had several hurdles to jump, but each one was conquered successfully. I am truly grateful.   Decided to work with Amerifirst for my first home mortgage. Dennis and his team are amazing at what they do and I highly recommend them!   I would not recommend this loan originator, Dennis Tindle, to anyone simply based on our overall experience with him. Although he would never admit to any wrongdoings or incompetency, he failed to inform us after 3 bids at the same condo community, that it was not eligible for FHA. The process was dragged out over an extended and unnecessary amount of time and all parties involved were extremely frustrated. He simply should have done his due diligence from the get-go and so much time and trouble could have been saved for everyone.
