  Bryan was our first mortgage officer with our 1st home purchase. After his promotion I received a nice welcome letter to KY mortgage, which had information on a better rate and lowering our terms. I just had to call, as well to congratulate him. After further review he was able to save us years off our mortgage, a better interest rate, and a lower monthly payment. I'm so happy to get that email and I highly recommend contacting him to see what he can do for you! It simply doesn't hurt to check.

  We have worked with Chuck Hartley and the team at Swan Financial three times now and would highly recommended! Each experience was seamless and transparent. Chuck was there every step of the way to walk us through each time.   I had been looking to refinance my home with other agencies for several months but once the process was started I typically found the information I was provided upfront was not honored as the process progressed. When I started the refinance process with Bryan Dollins he walked me through what to expect and followed through with everything he said. Bryan went out of his way to make the process easy for me, and was available whenever I had questions. Even though I had to schedule my closing last minute, Bryan showed up and was truly there for me from start to finish.
