  Refinancing and home loans are through the roof right now. Trying to find a lender and a company that treats you as a person and not just another percentage is difficult as loans are being processed at record speeds. Porch Light/Fairway did an exceptional job in processing our refinance quickly and with an excellent rate.   Jake and his team were great to work with during this process. Everything was done remotely/digitally and they even recommended a title company that sent a notary to my home. I was able to refinance to a lower rate with very little effort thanks to their office and cannot recommend them enough.
