  After speaking with Lynne regarding a property that had just been sold, she understood exactly what we were looking for and immediately brought us to our dream farm!   My husband and I wouldn't trust anyone with our home loan other than Paula Wagner. This woman and her associate Linda are god sends to anyone buying a home. To say she is incredible is an understatement. She helped us with our first loan in the house we are still in and love. She just helped us with another deal. Seriously always call Paula. Our real estate agents, Linda and Roger Trantham, were unbelievable in helping us again with this new deal and couldn't imagine working with anyone better. Their knowledge, dedication, advice, and hard work have always helped us. These are the best people to work with-a dream team!

  We worked with Karen Bosse from Beverly Hanks and she was wonderful. My husband ultimately decided not to buy in the Hvl area bcz he prefers the Hickory/Statesville area and wants to move there but I personally felt that Karen was a very professional and knowledgeable realtor, and quite nice. Not at all hard to get hold of after 6pm, always got right back to me and was more than willing to keep working with us even after we backed out of our first contract simply bcz my husband decided he didn't like the house that much after all. She stays on top of things, stays current and I really liked her. If we should ever buy a house in this area I would be very glad to work with her again. I was surprised she was willing to continue working with us, I wouldn't say we're easy to please. I give her 5 out of 5.

  2 years ago I bought my first home with Michael Lewis by my side the entire way. Not only did he explain the process in terms I could understand, but he navigated a potentially horrible experience with my mortgage broker with the upmost patience and respect.
