  Excellent customer service both by phone and in person. I was able to communicate with a bank representative immediately and they took the steps to solve the issue in a reasonable amount of time. I felt valued and important and I bank with a local, smaller hometown bank for this very reason! Thank you so much HomeTrust Bank for your professional service and response!!

  I've only been to the HomeTrust Bank a handful of times (I have a Safe Deposit Box with them), and every time it's been a good experience. On my latest visit, I had to take care of some administrative details and Taylor Nunez, the Branch Manager, was super helpful and accommodating. She made what could have been a tedious and time-consuming task very easy.

  Why they have a sign saying open untill 12pm Saturday but are instead closed is beyond me.
