      This BOFA branch is a horrible representation of BOFA. I went to the Branch to get help because my account was hacked, they told me they could not help me if needed help I could come back in two days when they had an appointment available. I asked them for help now since my account was hacked she stated that I could not be helped that is what the 1-800 number and the mobile app are for. Why still have a branch if we can not get assists right away during an emergency! Stay away from this branch

      If I could leave a ZERO star review, I would! This is the worst bank EVER! Worst customer service. Zero compassion and zero help. I hope someone higher up sees this and starts questioning their people. The local bank sent me to the national number and my patience was gone within the first 10 seconds.

      Customer service and parking lacking. I rarely get a friendly teller, and one is especially rude. She was rude with me, and since I have refused to have her serve me again. I witnessed her being rude to another customer. I told him it wasn't just him she was rude to. He asked her for something related to his account, and she suggested he do it with BOA mobile app. He insisted she give him the information. This occurred after she had already been rude. We waited together to talk to manager, who indicated she would be trained better and behaved as if we were imposing on him. This was a few months ago, and the surly teller was there last Sat. I have found one woman to be friendly; the others just do their job with a little politeness. Other than a few times, I do not feel a valued customer. I don't like being asked to use the mobile app or even the suggestion I use it. I don't wish to explain. I go to the bank in person in lieu of the mobile bank. I have banked with Bank of America for almost 20 years and have never been treated the way they act toward customers at this branch. Parking is an issue. The lot is often filled with vehicles owned by people going to the downtown area. When I go in the bank, few customers are in there. A sign exists that that parking is for bank customers and towing will occur. Apparently it's just a sign as there is no follow through.

      I've had my account for a week and already they have given me many reasons to close it. They've put ridiculously lengthy holds on my checks (I'm talking about 9+ days!). I Can't reach anyone on the phone to address any issues I have. When I was depositing my check I had to wait 25 minutes just to speak with an unfriendly teller which is absolutely ridiculous! I was told I would have money available in my account and it's not there. This has been a nightmare. Don't open an account here.

      Finally get up to the "hostess" after hearing her and another customer shoot the breeze for ten minutes...then she has the balls to grill me for being late to my appointment...Believe all the reviews from this "bank"

      One of the best banks I have ever dealt with. The staff and bankers are top notch it is a pleasure every time I use the drive thru or conduct business inside. I use this branch 3+ times a week.They are a busy bank but always handle my needs. I have used BOFA in Vegas, Memphis and this is by far the best branch I have been in. They just remodeled it also very nice and clean inside.

      Can never get anyone to answer the phone. Says they are always busy. Just based on that alone I would never choose this bank to handle my business. You don't have time for me, I don't have time for you. Unfortunate, because I have spoke to people from this bank and it was looking promising. Bye, bye.

      I made an appointment to review my Merrill Edge investments with the financial adviser at this branch and he didn't show up for our appointment. In general, dealing with this B of A branch is a nightmare. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are a certified 1.

      This BOA branch has changed it’s hours of operation three times this week. How can someone plan to come in if you never know when it’s going to be open. Forget trying to reach anyone by phone.

      Love the online services but always end up aggravated when trying to get service at this branch Waited for notary and was told the had several and I would be next. I waited for over 30 minutes watching those who came in after me getting taken care of and leaving I finally had to just leave with no service
