  Financed a vehicle through PNC Bank. I had no choice; PNC was the bank the dealer chose for me. I made the first payment to PNC, which was my last payment to PNC bank. My Credit Union refinanced the loan and beat PNC’s interest rate by more then 3% and dropped the term from 6 years to 5 years. By refinancing with my CU I saved 1 year and $6700 in interest! Plus, PNC took over 10 days to apply my first and only payment to my loan account - with my CU payments are applied instantly. GOODBYE PNC and GOOD RIDDANCE!

  Not fast, not professional. Needed appointment to set up simple checking account. Already had an established savings account. Used this bank for nationwide location.

  Just had someone who had to cash a check went to our local branch,and was informed they charge $10 to cash their own checks! I think that is ridiculous. Glad they are not my bank!

  Watch out for all the fees! $36 for every time you accidentally go in the red, even if it is just a dollar or two. That can really add up. Also service fees, paper statement fee and more.
