  I called to see about possibly getting a small,short term loan and rates for it. The loan officer took my information and said she would look into it. She called me back later for a little more information that they needed. She said the loan was approved and she sent me digital paperwork to fill out. She called to verify it was received and that evening the money was deposited into my account. Couldn't have been easier or quicker. A+++

  Absolutely love doing our banking here. the staff is very friendly and personable. They are always smiling and willing to help answer anything you may ask and explain as many times as you may need. they make you feel important and welcome every time you walk in the door or pull up to the drive through.. We have been with them for years and will continue forever

  HCPFCU has been a really big help to me over the past few years. I particular appreciate Jana Major. She has helped me get loans at much lower interest rates. She has been a blessing. I would highly recommend contacting her if you need assistance!

  Best bank I’ve ever had! They always treat you kindly and with respect. Defiantly the best group of bankers I’ve ever dealt with, can honestly say I trust them more than any other bank!

  Very helpful and understanding. GREAT people to work with! Highly recommend them for all financial needs. I have been a member since the late 80's and they are as much family and friends as they are in the banking business!

  HCPFCU has always been very professional and friendly when I have had to go into bank I usually use Drive thru or ATM and noticed the down time on ATM has been very low compared to other Banks I've use. Thank you HCPFCU for all you do!

  Rude tends to be rude to some members. This is more common of an issue with some of the more senior tellers. Will be standoffish, and will put holds on cash deposits (cash does not need to clear like a check!!!)
