  Peggy my late wife and I have trusted the team at VanVleet inRichmond, IN for years. Not once did we ever give a moment’s thought toward changing from them to another company. The company covered our needs and have always been there for personal service and support. They helped me when my wife died three years and helped to clarify my thinking so I stayed on track as I moved forward. They were there for me as I had my truck repaired from a fender bender. They have shown me that so am more to them than just another account. My insurance costs are so reasonable too. Anyone who signs up with VanVleet is money ahead based upon my experience.   I just made the switch to Vanvleet and I am very pleased with the level of service I have received. Carolyn has gone above and beyond with her customer service. It is all too obvious that she has prioritized customer's being informed, covered in ways they desire, and satisfaction. Excellent group of insurance brokers. Make the call!

  After being on the phone with different agencies all day, and being turned down, asked to complete repairs before calling back, and receiving high quotes without being currently eligible for any, a family member recommended that I call Erie. Even though I called near the end of the work day, Jeff was quick, friendly, helpful, and best of all offered an affordable and thorough policy- the same afternoon we spoke. Now I am ready to move into my new home feeling not only secure, but like I am getting a great deal. I ended up bundling my auto also and now pay less than half of what I did somewhere else. He recommended all of what I needed, and nothing that I didn’t, and with no weird, prohibitive rules for a prospective home business like I had seen with other groups. So grateful I found this company for my home and auto insurance.

  I have been a satisfied customer for 20+ years. I moved away from Richmond 10+ years ago but kept my policies with Van Vleet because of their exceptional customer service. On more than one occasion they provided guidance that helped me get the best possible value from their services, which is something that I believe sets them apart as an insurance provider.

  I have been using VanVleet for over 20 years and highly recommend their amazing service. I have utilized their policies for both home and vehicles from lightening and hail damage to fender-benders. I have no complaints and found their responses claims and services to best ever. Two thumbs up from me and well deserved 5 stars.

  Valerie has really stepped up and helped us when we really needed it, she continues to live up to her reputation and does not just forget about you after she gets you on. She got us better coverage for an appropriate price. We have been through several agents/companies, but Valerie was the first one in years to actually care about us and treat us right. If you are lucky enough to get with Valerie, then she will take care of you like family does.

  I’ve been with VanFleet for years with my cars. When my homeowners insurance came due this year, I decided to reach out to Brad Clark about insurance on my home. He got back to me very quickly and saved me $300 on my homeowners policy. Very happy!!
