I appreciate the working relationship between our local Connersville branch and our Richmond branch. Alexis made doing a loan over the phone/email so convenient for our work schedules.   I’ve done business with many banks. I was blown away with Natco Credit Union. The customer satisfaction/appreciation is off the charts. They truly want the customer to succeed. If you’re done with simply hearing, “How do you want your cash back”, I would invite you into a Natco branch to experience smiling faces who want to help. It’s a welcomed change.
