  This isn't the first time I've gone through KTL, we purchased our home through them and then also went with them for the refinance.   Where do I start? First of all, everyone that I communicated with through KTL was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. KTL made my home buying experience so easy. They handled pretty much everything. My LO was Krista and all I can say is what an amazing individual. She went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. She even took my calls over the weekend to helped answer some questions I had. Everytime I needed something she was there. 10 out of 10. Thank you KTL for everything.

  Trust is 0% because KTL attempted to give me up to a $150,000 mortgage knowing darn well I could never have afforded those payments. I went with my **CREDIT UNION**, who refused to go above a $90,000 mortgage - because they knew darn well that's all I could Truly afford. Furthermore, KTL would have had me paying Private Mortgage Insurance. My CREDIT UNION has me on NO PMI!!! My CREDIT UNION also gave me NO down payment!!! I won't say who my C.U. is because that could seem like I work for them (I don't). I just want you to know that there DO exist places that will Not scalp you. My C.U. is in the south of Indiana, basically on a state line. They happened to expand all the way up here in KTL's area. I happened to be established with this C.U. before I needed a loan. If you are thinking to buy a House, then dig around, find yourself an extremely reputable credit union, and get established with them. You and your wallet and your credit score and your peace of mind will thank you later! The people who work here ARE nice, like other reviews have said. But Think About It. Of COURSE people are going to be Nice to you when they are trying to get your money. The Best Decision I ever made was paying close attention to the fact that this organization - KTL - was trying to loan shark me.

  Craig was awesome to work with, he answered all of my questions right away and even answered them with a newborn coming home from the hospital. He company is amazing people and they helped in so many different ways, I hope to do future business with them and will be highly recommending them to anyone.

  Shopping for a mortgage? Needing to re-finance? KTL is the only company you need to call. Craig and his team found the best rate for me in a short amount of time.   There is simply no shot that you can get better service in the mortgage space than what KTL provides in this area. Who talks to the owner of anything anymore? I have spoken with Kristina on a few occasions, one time being after 7:30PM. Merrhya was essentially my personal contact. She either answered when called or called back immediately. Shocked? I am. Service sucks in 2021. How can you find quality workers if you can hardly find workers? KTL has the secret. Kristina treated my brother and I as if we were her own. Can't beat it. Thank you!
