  I Called to explain I started a new job and my payments no longer reflect my pay period. I’ve made every single payment on time (sometimes earlier) just for them to tell me”regardless, my car will be shut off in 3 days even if I make a partial payment” THEY DO NOT WORK WITH YOU. The one guy (Henry) who always answers the phone is nonchalant and hangs up the phone once the first question is asked. I will be looking to trade this car in asap to get away from this company.

  This place is very unprofessional attitude problem and if u have a serious problem like if u lose ur job or anything they dnt care they will shut ur car off with out u knowing that ur car is shut off this will be my last time lol purchase a vehicle from them never again

  Stay away from these people!!! I don’t care how desperate you are don’t finance through them you will regret it trust me. I bought a car from Cox auto with plenty enough issues that they hid from me. The vehicle even had water damage that they covered up as well as engine issues that they also were dishonest about. Not long after having the car all types of things went wrong. If you think you can call HCAC and get any assistance think twice, they are rude abrupt and not very helpful at all. I can’t wait to pay these people off so I can cut ties forever!

  I called $45 behind and they cut my car office. Witch had the nerve to say I need to pay my bills. I am in the health care industry working to insure public health and this is the treatment I get. I advised her cannot be rude on the phone with clients. She stated this is not our company way of doing things. Just because I am upset and rude she take the position that she cannot cut my back on. Do not deal with this company I will be trading this car in for a new one into another company

  If I could rate this company a -0 I would. They don’t care about their customers at all. They all about their money but not making sure their customers are happy and satisfies. Don’t like to help you or agree to anything you asked. I even wonder if the CEO knows how his people are treating the customers. I should had read the reviews before going to y’all. I’m surprised that this company is still up and running.

  I got my car and with in the 30 days my rotors went bad to the point my brakes fell off they did not want to fix it. It’s been 5 months and i still have not received my hard tag, Friday i paid my car note and they stated they did receive to send over a copy of my payment and when i did they told me they can’t do anything about it, while talking to the guy HENRY on the phone he was ignoring me and speaking to somebody else and told them that he was on the phone with some lady annoying him and was VERY RUDE! I do not recommend them to anybody! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Very rude people I have a car sitting in my yard for over a year that they will not pick up even though you sign a pice of paper saying they will take car for non payment. No payments have been made in over a year and they still refuse to pick up. Don’t sign anything with this company they are a rip off. Once you leave the lot they won’t help you with anything.

  These ppl are crooks! I lost my job so I attempted to have them pick up the vehicle. They scheduled to pick it up then never did. When I asked them why didn’t recover the vehicle they stated “We don’t want it” then reported that they could not locate the car. The car was at the repair shop because the transmission went 2 months after I purchased it because they’ll sell junk! DONT DO IT!!!

  If I could only write a review with zero stars.... If you go through this company you need to stay on top of your finances!! I had the payment set up to automatically come out of my bank account. They called me and said we need credit card information to run the payment. I explained that it was already set up to come out. They looked at their files and said they didn't have any bank information for me. I explained that at that time I was not going to give my card information and that they had been pulling the payments out for the last YEAR. 30 minutes later they called and said that the "system updated" and that they NOW had my information. Now if this happened ONCE that would be one thing. I understand mistakes happen, however this happened a total of 3 times. This finance company is for people with little or no credit. They back you into a corner if you really need a car but they will RIP YOU OFF!! WATCH YOUR FINANCES VERY CLOSELY!!!

  Had death in the family & they don’t care still give a 3-day grace period tried to pay something on it until my next pay day but was told no any other dealership finance company would try to work with there customer! This company is full of ! Can’t wait to get a new car to get away from this company! NEVER FINANCE YOUR CAR WITH THIS COMPANY
