Donald Schriver5I hesitated visiting this location due to feedback. I’m glad I decided to see for myself and visited this past Saturday 092119. The staff was very friendly, professional and kind. The sweet woman behind the counter even handed me a tissue so I didn’t walk around all day with debris on my face. Very happy customer and I will be back!

Alexander Funk1It is once every 3-4 years I actually need to go to a bank. I generally attempt to use this one because it is closest. I regret it every time. Website shows they are open on Saturdays. Of course they can’t keep that up to date. People at this location are less functional than an ATM.

HnR Switch1So I have tried and I have cashed checks at this bank/branch multiple times. Every time I am met with attitude! I must say “the gentleman teller is always kind” Two ladies typically work the windows and the older teller has always been very rude and always finds a reason why she can’t cash my check. “Last check I couldn’t cash was two different pen colours of the same color” Yup pen ran out of ink was finished in the same color ink but a different pen. She said she couldn’t cash the check for this reason! I understand security and protecting the customer. This teller has such a negative chip on her shoulder. It’s obvious she’s looking for a reason to say she can’t help you vs protecting the customers. I recommend Bank of America off of KIRK WOOD HWY👍 Always a pleasant experience 👌😁

I’ve been here 19 minutes and no one has said sorry for the wait, someone will be with you soon, good morning, who’s next, Nothing! There aren’t many BOA branches in this area. You would think that they would staff the few there are better.

Shaquese Brodie5Honestly, I go out of my to come here to withdraw money instead of the ATM by my house. The employees are always nice and are willing to help with an issue. My only gripe is that there is always one teller on a FRIDAY (???). Other than that, this place is lovely and nice.
