  We had previously used Harbor View Funding for refinancing and based on that positive experience, we decided we would use them again. Some of the reasons we came back are that the quality personal customer service they give is second to none. Their integrity and honesty throughout the entire process is also something that we very much appreciated. Our was somewhat of a challenging situation, but Mike and his team were always on top of everything with knowledge of the various available options and what was needed to get the loan closed. If we find ourselves in need of another mortgage in the future, we would most certainly contact them again.   Harbor View Funding was referred to me by a friend who had used them recently to refinance his home. I used Quicken Loans for my last loan and it went fine, but I was constantly bouncing from person to person in multiple departments over there and I felt like just a number. After working with Michael and the care and attention he gave me, I honestly wouldn't choose any other company. Sure there are tons of mortgage companies, but not with this sense of attention and customer service. Michael and his team always respond quickly to my emailed questions and concerns, often within minutes, even on the weekend. I doubt you will find that with the huge mortgage companies; I sure didn't the last time! Any time there was a form to sign, Michael walked me through each page explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable instead of just rushing me through it. I appreciated that because even though this was my second time getting a mortgage I am still not familiar with everything. Thank you again for making the process as easy as possible and minimizing the stress of getting a mortgage.
