  Jeff was fantastic to work with. His understanding on non-traditional home loans is the only reason I was able to buy a home. He walked me through the loan process with a great attention to detail and got us to the finish line in record time.   What a great experience working with Lee Korengold! I've conducted business with him on two seperate occasions and he did everything he promised. He also helped family member buy their first house, even after they had lost hope because another lender approved them for a very low amount. He works every angle possible and has great ideas.   I've worked with Lee Korengold for refinancing twice, in 2004 and 2020. Lee is very responsive and accessible and really goes the distance to make sure you get a great rate and the right loan for your circumstances. I hope I don't need to refinance again but if I do I will definitely hit up Empire Home Loans!

Traditionally, it has not been challenging to fund a cash out loan for a self-employed individual, but lenders are currently making that tougher to come by. As a Broker, we have access to dozens of lenders, so I was able to shop them to find the right solution for you.
