  I began investing with Secured Income Group about 2 years ago. Not only did I carefully investigate their operations, owner, income statements, reviews and other documents, I personally went to their Tustin office and met with Max and his staff. They always have been personal, friendly and professional. Their quarterly payments have been like clockwork. Secured Income Group is an easy 5 star review!

  We began investing with Secured Income Group the end of June, 2017. We are now retired and living on a fixed income so it's extremely important that we get the best and safest return on our investment. I had previously talked with the financial adviser at our bank who showed me different options for long-term investing but when I looked at the return rate over the past few years I was leery of the fluctuation. I also didn't want to pay the monthly fees which would have taken a good chunk out of the earnings each month. CD's were not even an option with the low interest rate. We have been very happy with SIG - feel our funds are very safe - and will in fact be making another investment with them before the end of the year.

  Before investing with SIG year ago, I did a lot of research on the internet. Dealing with Stacy Porter at SIG has been a great pleasure. I have been communicating with her, and also other members as well via email, and or phone calls. They have always made me feel like I am their only customer, and they have answered and explained all my questions in detail, even though my investment with them is very small amount (only 2% of my total equity). There are a many "Hard Money Lenders" out there claiming to pay 11% to 13% on your investment, and securing your investment with the deed of trust of the real property. Which makes you as secure as a regular lending institution such as bank. However if the owner defaults, and forecloses, you may collect you part of your investment after going through the foreclosure process. Besides, there will several months of gap between maturity of your investment, and the next cycle of new investment, which may reduce your income below 11% to 13%. The Secured Income Group (SIG) pays 6% to 9%,, and the security of your investment has been explained in the "Exhibits C&D" of the contract, but for my personal peace of mind, I wish they could provide other means of securing on my investment, so I could increase my investment with them and retire.

  I have invested with Secured Income Group in First Trust Deeds for a year now and have found them to be professional, courteous and they respond quickly to any questions I have. I am very satisfied with the frequency and consistency of both the quarterly payments and their investor communications.   Secured income group is a great place to invest. High interest rates. Very trustworthy. I've been investing wth Sig for over a year. They treat you like family. And are amazing. Always pay quarterly. I recommend Secured income group to anyone looking to make passive income.

  I was one of the original investors with Max McDermott and have been extremely pleased with the performance of Secured Income Group and his previous company for over 20 years.   Hello investors or Potential Investors. I joined SIG about a year+ ago, first with a personal investment and now with 2 Trust accounts. I couldn't be more pleased with the "return on the investments" as well as with the communication with the staff on updates and their newest addition to their website, allowing an investor to roll-over, add to your portfolio.

  It's been around 1 year since i investing with SIG. So far so good, staffs are very responsive, interest paid on time and wait better than CD at the bank. Have nothing to complain at this moment. Keep up the good work!
