  I am very pleased with the service I received at Gunn Honda. I am humbled by how Manny received my dad and I and arranged for service, and for my car to be fixed. Rarely does one receive this quality of service anywhere. This has to be attributed to the manner that Gunn hires and trains their customer service technicians and representatives. We've been going to Gunn for 22 years. Other non-Gunn customers are missing out on exceptional service. Quality Superb Service-best in the business. This is why we come back again and again!   This was my first time purchasing a car and extremely nervous the process was so simple. They will work to get you the best they have available within your budget and do all the financial work to get you the best interest rate. The whole process from looking at cars to purchasing went extremely smooth and took approx. 4hrs, only due to having to retrieve information I could only get at home. The staff was incredibly nice and made sure you were comfortable throughout the whole process. I would recommend Gunn Honda to anyone looking to purchase and new/used car.

  This car buying experience one of the quickest and most "pain free" that I've had and I've bought quite a few cars over the years. The sales associate was very knowledgeable,courteous and friendly. I had researched prices and the car was priced right where I had expected. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Gunn or to recommend them to a friend.

  Frank was a terrific help to us in finding a car for our son. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and had one ready to test drive when we arrived. The closing was easy and actually a pleasant experience! Great dealership.

  I've come here for all my services for my Honda and I greatly appreciate the customer service I receive. They keep me informed through out and give me recommendations for additional things needed based on mileage, but are never pushy. It's a great bonus that I've been able to have the same rep. work with me each time i come in. Monica is great!

  Very disappointed in this dealership, especially Chad in the express service department. I took my car there to get a quote on repairs. Labor was ridiculous so I just bought the needed parts to take to another mechanic. Instead of putting the part they removed back on, they stuck it in the back of my car without all the screws. When the issue was first brought to their attention, they were willing to refund me the cost of the parts they didn’t return since I had to go buy them from another dealership but then changed their mind, putting me out even more money. I will not be returning to them for any of my car needs.
