Purchased middle design package for $795.00. Their finished rendering of their recommendations wasn’t even close to the actual room. Where there should be white it showed grey and made excuses for not having the right software to produce an accurate representation of my family room. Their software was unable to put a triple door in the rendering so they put a double door not even in the place it was in the room although they had measurements. Nothing was to scale and after expressing my disappointment I was offered to purchase more consultation time. Expect to work with an intern. Very disappointing and a waste of money
