  It's always a great experience at this location. Wanted to give a shout out regarding Branden who is the financial relationship specialist. We have relied on this guy several times for our business and he has never failed us. He's always very professional and quick and courteous. You don't get that everywhere. Everyone that works at this location is very friendly.

  I love Community America Credit Union. Their customer service is excellent, the perks are incredible - they dispense their profits to their members! AND, I not only get paid to maintain my checking account, I also get a 4% APY on my high interest savings. They're always prompt with addressing questions and they're knowledgeable about the products they offer. They are hands down the best CU I've ever belonged to.

  This bank is unprofessional and incompetent and in my experience guilty of discrimination. I would avoid doing any business with this bank. Angel Palmer and Jada Marshall lied to me, wasted my time, and never once provided any documentation or a sample for their arbitrary requirements. Shame on you both and on your organization!

  they are always helpful! and they do have overdraft protection but like any bank you have got to have money in a savings account and it turned on to utilize this service. the fee then is minimal. let's not forget about the cookies and coffee in the lobby!

  First off-I love Community America Credit Union as a whole! This branch is probably the most awesome though. Definitely one of my top three! It can be a bit tricky to cross 95th street traffic but it is at a great location. The people are very helpful and knowledgable. I left my previous bank because it seemed like their wasn’t a lot of consistency between branches/reps and they had weird fees. CACU is very transparent in what fees they have and have overall lower and less fees than banks. Bonus pro tip-they have a high interest savings account where you get money back using your checking account by swiping your card! It’s great a feature among their many other wonderful financial incentives.

  I love banking here. I used to bank with the awful BOA but switched everything to them. They have my personal accounts, mortgage and business accounts as well. The staff mostly knows me by name and treats me like I actually matter to them. I recommend these folks to everyone I can. Fire the big guys - bank local.

  I too switched from Bank of America (worst bank ever) to Community America and never ever looked back! I have no idea what another reviewer complained about but it must be them because CA has been awesome and I will never ever use a bank again!

  at times terrible service in the drive-thru; under-trained employees who are most often unprofessional; frequent mistakes in my account which need reversing; slow wait times in drive-thru; terrible
