  I choose Greenspring Title company for my title work and closing. Michelle and Heidi were great. They were Pleasant and professional to work with. At closing Michelle explained everything and answered every question I had. I even needed paperwork for my daughters school and they got it to me within minutes.

  Terrific service, friendly staff. Low fees. Very responsive and professional. Michelle and Gary are terrific for real estate legal issues and title work- but all their staff are excellent! Would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house. I will be back for my next purchase! Thank you!

  Gary and Michelle were amazing! They handled our refinance and through the whole process were incredibly easy to work with! My wife has a difficult work schedule to plan around and Greenspring Title was so flexible in scheduling our closing that it was a breeze! They’re very detail oriented and extremely knowledgeable- we were at ease throughout the entire process. Could not recommend them enough!

  Greenspring Title is the best! We had a challenging situation for our closing, because of issues with the lender. Gary and Michelle, worked hard to push the closing through, and stayed late to make sure it got done right. Without their extraordinary efforts and knowledge, we would not have closed on time.   Greenspring Title made an otherwise extremely tense time for me, painless and stressfree. They answered my endless questions, followed up regularly, and even created an outdoor closing environment so that I could bring my children to my settlement during quarantine. I had heard lots of great things about their quality of work and professionalism before using them, and they lived up to every word. I would absolutely recommend them...and their fees are more than fair. I appreciate the extra care they took with my loan, and the pride everyone there had in their work.
