  I will always use this bank. I was helped to set up my mobile banking, the app, make two deposits, and out the door in minutes. The front desk employee was fantastic and professional, the tellers and managers are the best at what they do, and they care about you whether you drive a Honda or Ferrari, got a dollar or a million. I tell everyone I meet and work with, I'd rather have my money under my mattress but direct deposit dont work that way, might as well take it to somewhere I trust. BCEFCU is where I go. UPDATE: Just seen the lady who handles loans, 5 year auto loan for 10,000 dollars, 153 a month. You cannot beat that.

  They might have low rates but If you need anything changed on your account they make you jump through every hoop know to man. Just wanted to change a date for monthly payments for a lone and they can’t do it. You have to go print out a form online and then drive it down the them and wait for approval sad. Just use any other bank in the area to save many headaches.

  You can never go wrong with being a member of the BCEFCU. The services they offer are great and the response from loan officers as well as other representatives shows me how much they care about me as customer. Everyone has always been cordial and understands your needs and offer some of the best suggestions.

  The tellers are always friendly, polite and professional. The services are great and the customer service are very knowledgeable about the services they offer. They do not pressure sale any of the services and work with you to make sure you are well informed and comfortable with the service.

  I have had a BCEFCU account for a really long time. They were the first ones I went to when I bought my first car and my first home. I did not even consider going elsewhere. They have FANTASTIC customer service and truly care about their members. They were so helpful on both of the loan processes. They even have classes you can take. I will never leave this credit union and I plan on always going to them before anyone else!

  I've been a member of the credit union since 2011. I had opened a savings account but never really took advantage of the benefits and then I needed a new car. I applied for the loan online and the car buying process was extremely easy. This was my first big loan and the it was amazing. I've never had a bad experience inside of the credit union. I'll be a member for life. I've even got 2 of my family members to join. I love BCEFCU

  I have been a member at BCFU close to 50 years. They have always given my family & children Top Customer Service. They always exceeded our expectations from car loans ( cheapest rates around) to credit lines, they have always been the best deal around.   I have had an account with BCEFCU for decades. I have had numerous loans of varying types through them. I also have my credit card through them. They offer competitive loan rates and a low APR for the credit card. Their loan rates beat out those of my local bank every time. They also offer discounted tickets for movies and amusement parks. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. I always know that any question I have regarding my financial needs, they are there to help. I take comfort in knowing that my credit union, BCEFCU, has my best interests in mind.

  We have been customers of BCEFCU for over 20 years and have been very happy with the customer service, loan department and all banking representatives. We have been extremely happy with the fraud detection on our accounts that has alerted us of possible fraud. All representatives have been very helpful both in person and over the phone.
