  Buying a new home with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation was one of the best purchasing experiences ever and Shymeia Lee was the reason! Her professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness are top notch. She was always pleasant and friendly which made me relax. I wasn’t afraid to ask questions. She also was there at my closing to see me through to the end. That gesture was truly special. Shymeia Lee is the BEST!!

  AMAZING! Malcolm and his team made this experience so easy going and positive for me as a first time home owner! They made me and my questions feel so welcome, and gave me such a sense of relief as I felt like I was in the right hands. Great customer service and professionalism, and was always accessible.   Malcom and his team were amazing! They made my first time home buyers process smooth. They were very flexible and responsive.   They were extremely helpful as first-time home buyers and provided me letters for pre-approval which helped immensely. Helped me through buying my first home. My process was very stressful, but my Lender always tried to reinsure me that everything is going to work out ok and to leave it to him. But, they helped all along the way. Talked us through everything. Jeanean, Lindsay, Ashley & Malcolm was amazing to work with and made the entire process more simple and easy for me considering the Roller Coaster ride I've been on!

  Shymeia was amazing to work with! She was very thorough. Explained everything step by step and then walked us through. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Best experience! She was a big help through this stressful process. I highly recommend her.

  This reveiw is long overdue now that I have settled into my new home thanks to Malcolm Crane and team from Fairway. To give context I am a first time home buyer and I work as an Executive Assistant in the entertainment industry. I was so nervous to get started and I wasn't even sure I could afford a decent place with what I made. But when I talked to Malcom he was very clear with his communication, thorough and intellegient. He can quickly understand your goals and work with you to get you there. He and his team worked extremely hard and provided me with great communication to get me to closing. I'm now a proud owner of a home and can't wait to work them again on my next one. I'm so greatful my realtor Cassandra London with the London group refered me.
