  I loved the responsiveness of Malcolm's team at each phase of the process! Other lenders treat you like a number but Fairway Independent Mortgage treats you like family!!! From navigating the refinance process, up through closing, I never felt lost or overwhelmed. His team was responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable! I closed in less than 30 days which blew me away! Choosing Fairway was the best decision I have made all year!
