  Shymeia is amazing. She answers any questions you have. She is the best, I am very grateful for her as my loan officer. She will explain the grants and loans to you. She makes sure she can help you understand. It’s my first time buying a house so I was very scared but Shymeia helped me ease some of that stuff. You will not regret working with her she is the best of the best! She helped me with the best option and I am very grateful. I will be referring her to everyone!

  Shymeia was absolutely amazing from the very beginning of this process to the last second. She was extremely attentive, proactive, and knowledgeable. Where I was expecting a stressful procedure, she verbally explained all my options, gave me pros and cons, then emailed me visual information to follow up on.   I was the listing agent on this deal and at the time had several other listings and buyers I was working with. The deal I did with Ella Summerville and Shymeia Lee was the least stressful of them all! The communication was on point and it helped that Shymeia had done the work upfront to assure this client wouldn't run into any underwriter issues which is always appreciated!   Shymeia remains available and reliable for her clients. Both skills are essential for today's homebuying market. And unfortunately, this is not what you will receive with many lenders and loan officers. Fortunately, Shymiea and Fairway were there at every step of my home buying process. From touring and making offers on many homes, Shymeia ensured I was not left alone and provided answers to all of my questions. Like many, business is personal for me.   As a first time homeowner Shymeia made my purchase a dream of a lifetime. I heard horror stories and had a previous experience that was a nightmare. Once I met Shymeia she was very professional but more importantly she was patient and kind. She has an exceptional work ethic.
