  I had a car emergency, just simply needed a pair of pliers.. The gentleman gave me a high quality pair of needle nose pliers (a klein) with wire strippers and cutters, just to borrow... But they were so nice I had to ask the price.... He sold them for only $5 bucks, I think bcus I was in need... $5 bucks, 5 stars!

  First ever pawn experience went well. Sold some old jewelry, got some jewelry cleaned, and rings downsized. Trustworthy pressure free service. Good people. Highly recommended by friends and family.

  Friendly staff, I know it sounds cliche but they made me feel like family. Took time to answer my questions. Store was clean and smelled really nice. They gave me a great deal on a laptop. I went to 3 Different Pawnshops and this by far was the best.

  Today I bought a guitar from this pawnshop for a friend of mine’s son I paid $120 cash and brought the guitar to the birthday party. Come to find out that the wife did not want her son to have a guitar so I come back to the pawnshop with a guitar lesson 30 minutes later and asked if they would be able to trade it out for something at the same value for the kids birthday the pawnshop owner told me that all sales are final no trades. I said well I just bought it and just want to trade for something different and he say nope. So I walked out and told them it would be the last time I shopped at this show crazy enough I’ve been coning here for a long time and thought they were good people. WRONG wouldn’t recommend shopping here for anything you’re better off going to HERITAGE PAWN on Deltona Boulevard the are great people and will take care of those customers unlike this place.

  I wish I could give it a 10 out of a 10! Lou is an absolute sweetheart, and so knowledgeable in his craft and very honest and humble. By far thee best and most patient man in this particular field. His wife is awesome too! Family run business with amazing finds! Wow and he is very fair with his prices and honorable. I highly highly recommend you come in and see Lou if you've got nice jewlery or anything really because he is honest and fair and a true genuine person who you can tell wants to please everyone. Hey guys that's kind of why he has the best rating in town wouldn't you agree? So take my advice go see him he won't steer you wrong!:) Thank you so much Lou and everyone at the shop in OC. Your the best and we will be seeing you again when you get more goodies in. Other reviews said he makes you feel like family and it's true you do feel welcome and acknowledged and treated like family there. And also stating again from other reviews. &5/ by far the nicest cleanest good fresh smelling pawn shop ever. They truly want their customers to leave their shop happy. He has a Sanford store also that rocks! I won't set foot into any other pawn shop. Thank you and Lou! 👍👍👍 keep on being the best.

  Best pawn shop I ever went to. Offer me much more for the same Item I had sold to Heritage Gold. Heritage Gold short me out of a good 60.00 Gold mine gave me more. This is the pawn shop I will go to very fair and friendly !!!!

  Terriable service paid 210 dollars for a blower and then got it home and was giving it as a gift and the blower was missing parts, called to explain situation employee hung up and said the owner would not issue a refund that we tampered with the blower. Would never shop here again just because the disrespect that was shown.

  Second time being here, first time we were completely ignored. Second time a lady was super rude when we were interested in a bike, we left without getting it. We would have gotten the bike if they would have given us some info on the bike that she refused to do. Don't go if you don't want to deal with rude employees

  Renuka Chavan — 5 star One stop shop for pretty much anything you need. I've been to a few pawn shops, but this pawn shop has quality goods that are accurately priced. The people who work there are friendly and very patient. They answered all of my questions and were very personable. I recommend this place to anyone who is interested in pawning or buying!!
