  He's done it again! Josh and Give Financing have made the process of getting a new mortgage a cinch. I used Josh and Give Financing to refinance an existing mortgage and he did a wonderful job. Then, I decided to sell that home and purchase another. Of course, I went back to Josh and he took great care of me again. He made the process super easy, concise and clear. You cannot ask for a better mortgage broker. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and give Josh a call.

  It is said that someone who is extremely good at something can explain it in such a way that even the most ardent novice can understand. This was my experience with Josh at Give Financing. Every question answered, every concern addressed. Josh made what should have been an extremely stressful event into one that I look forward to if I ever need to refinance again. I wholeheartedly recommend utilizing Josh's expertise at Give Financing for any of your mortgage needs. I did a Cash out refinance. I am extremely satisfied.

  Buying a home is stressful. That's all there is to it. So, anything I can do to reduce that stress and feel confident in the decisions I'm making, I'll take it. In this case, Josh and Give Financing greatly reduced my stress. Josh explained everything and all the options - pros and cons. He had everything worked up and we closed in a less than a month. It was the fastest, easiest mortgage broker experience I've ever had. If you want someone that'll shoot you straight and be in your corner, give Josh and Give Financing a call. Seriously. My experience couldn't have been better.

  Every positive review you see about Joshua Stewart is absolutely true and correct. I’ve purchased a home before and also refinanced previously. Each time was a PAIN. I was skeptical when I first spoke to Joshua because I was already working with another lender, but I’m so glad I went with him. I was never in the dark during this process. He always called, texted or emailed to make sure I knew what was going on. He was NEVER pushy and always looking out for my best interest. If I find myself buying or refinancing again, I would go with him every time. A true professional in every aspect.

  Josh at Give made the home buying process smooth. He demystified the process from start to finish. Called and texted frequently to give me updates, and talked me through the steps as a first time home buyer. I would highly recommend Give and Josh especially.
