  Our investment group worked with Kendrick. From start to finish Kendrick returned calls promptly, kept us informed and solved problems quickly. On our transaction Kendrick kept his word and walked hand in hand with us until it was closed. We always felt like we were his only clients. Kendrick is a superstar producer who sells many homes.

  I am unable to speak to New Western Acquisitions as a whole as I have only worked with one agent on multiple transactions, Michael Stelly. If all of New Western's employees share the same characteristics as Michael, honesty, integrity, hustle, respect, just to mention a few, then the company deserves more than 5 stars. There is no need to know anyone else from the company when you have a Michael Stelly on your side. If you are looking to acquire more properties to fix or hold in Colorado then there is only one guy and one company to turn to in my opinion.

  I've bought a few houses from NewWestern over the years. In 2019, they mixed things up and assigned me a new sales representative, Kendrick. Things have been great. Kendrick has been attentive and understands what I am looking for. Don't steal him away, but reach out to NWA today to find your own Mr. Right to invest in!
