  I am a first time home buyer. Kim Martin is the best person to work with. She helped to make this process very smooth and easy. My questions were answered promptly and she was always positive when explaining things to me. The closing was smooth and fun. I was able to read over most of the closing documents prior to the closing, which helped the process.

  This was my second refi with Universal and it was as wonderful as the first. Mike Pike is a fabulous person with exceptional knowledge about the whole process and options that are available when doing a refi.   Josh Williams was amazing, he was extraordinary with us. He went above and beyond to care for our family in helping us buy our 1st family home. He was available and personable. I would highly highly recommend Josh. we felt that he was in this process with us, and when we experienced scary hiccup he assured us and worked with us diligently.
