  I have known Jenna from being in the same Westminster Chamber of Commerce leads group and seeing each other at networking events since 2015. She has always been friendly, authentic, and professional, and I could tell she was passionate about her profession. Last year, during what turned out to be one of the most difficult times in our professional and personal lives, my husband and I decided to refinance our mortgage. Since we like to support small local businesses and generally do business with people we know, like, and trust, I contacted Jenna. She was also highly recommended by another leads group member I know, like, and trust. From day one when I first contacted her, she was the epitome of professionalism and service excellence. Even before we decided to go through her for our loan, she spent a lot of time communicating with us and providing comparative analyses on interest rates, loan terms, and options. She was always available and patient throughout the entire process, was proactive and cheerful, and provided helpful advice and guidance that we so desperately needed and wanted. She did all this while balancing her career with being a new mom--wow, how impressive and admirable! She was never pushy, but gave us options and was extremely prompt in responding to our questions and concerns. To top it off, she exhibited a great deal of compassion for what we were going through at the time, and provided insight into the most effective way to secure the best loan for our specific needs. It is now almost one year since we closed on our loan. Jenna has continued to be helpful and responsive as we've had more questions relating to loan rates, options, etc. and has continued to far exceed our expectations. This review is long overdue. I'd highly recommend Jenna and Popish Mortgage Group.

  We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Brett Popish! We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about the home buying process. Brett’s knowledge proved invaluable to making our first home purchase as simple and successful as possible. He was very honest and patient when it came to answering all our questions and giving us good advice. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

  We began working with Brett when we were interested in purchasing our first home. We were not sure what we would qualify for as we were self employed and fresh out of Chiropractic school. That being said, Brett did wonders in being able to get us approved for a home. We initially thought we would be limited in purchasing a re-sale home, but thankfully we were able to build our first home from scratch!   What a great experience I had with Brett and his team. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, timeliness and most importantly the extremely high level of knowledge that the Popish Mortgage Group possesses.   My wife and I just bought our second house. I used USAA for the first house several years ago, and did not think much of it. In the current market, my offers with a USAA VA Loan were getting turned down because of the ~45 day closing window. My real estate agent recommended Brett, and I'm so glad she did. Brett was available any time unlike the major banks that work 9-5, which helped tremendously when making offers at odd hours. Every step of the process from preapproval to closing was incredibly clear. When we made an offer, he personally called the selling agent to let them know my loan would be good. He got me a better rate than USAA, and closed in nearly half the time! I'll definitely be sticking with Popish Mortgage Group for future Colorado home purchases.
