  Fresno First Bank is by far the best bank I have ever worked with. Rosa is a phenomenal relationship manager! Their staff has always been friendly and professional. Their handling of PPP loans and forgiveness were seamless and timely. I am beyond thankful for a local bank that handles our business banking and personal banking flawlessly.

  I've had a great experience with this bank untill today . The teller Margarita Rodriguez is extremely rude, horrible customer service . Had a smirk on her face the whole time even while trying to make small talk . She definitely needs some training on how to treat customers. Due to her behavior and rudeness I would not recommend this bank

  I highly recommend Fresno First Bank as the premier bank for the CBD industry. The customer service was excellent overall. The process to open the account was clearly laid out and it was fast. The monthly fees are lower than all other banks in this industry. My rep provided excellent guidance on the approval requirements and my account was up and running sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend working with Fresno First Bank for your banking needs.

  This bank has mostly nice & friendly staff, except for 1 or 2 rude employees. Margarita is the teller to avoid, I had a rude interaction with her. I don't like making a seen or arguments but someone need to tell her, she's just a bank teller.

  Fresno First Bank is great! Great people and they are all about our community. Plus, they have the best tailgate at Bulldog Stadium. Go Fresno First Team. You are great!

  A solid meh. Not the worst bank I have dealt with. Was trying to get a loan and got pretty much strung along for months before finally being denied a loan. I understand why I was denied. I was given reason's X and Y why I was denied but that information was provided months before. If your not going to give out a loan to a person just tell them instead of wasting both of our times.

  Had a very good experience with both people that helped me out. Lisa was the one that helped me open our account and she was extremely personable, making me feel as if she cared about not only my business but her own as well.

  I highly recommend Fresno First Bank if your in the CBD biz. Rosa and Linda are excellent to work with and have made the whole process a breeze. The online interface is very well done and fabulous. It feels like a partnership from the start. I'm truly grateful to have found them.

  I bank at this bank for my cbd hemp company. The manager Rosie is a nice gal. Has helped us out a little bit. They forgot to order our debit cards after having to remind them. They signed us up with a merchant service 3rd party company. Terrible company so far. Wont go into details $$$. Oh i forgot to mention that another mananger at the branch is definitely a rude lady. F- . So we are looking for a new merchant service provider now. Hey at least the main lady at the branch is a nice lady right.

  Yup, the reviews are absolutely right. They are rude. A couple of weeks ago I walked inside that branch, wanting to open an account, met all requirements, and still the branch manager Jennifer Peterson, kept giving me reasons as to why she couldn't open an account for me. I think that this is beyond horrible customer service but this is discrimination. Money has no color other than "green". This type of behavior can lead to a lawsuit; and really needs some training , like " Starbucks" and re-think about there business vision. This bank will never last moving forward.
