  Borrower review: If you're looking to pay off expect this company to charge you a boat load in fees and/or make you wait 30+ days for a payoff. EDIT: I'm sure it's against some law to refuse a payoff because you want to charge $500+ in fees.

  We're sorry you feel that way. Virtually all mortgage servicers charge a fee when a payoff is requested (and our fees are typically lower than others in the industry). As far as timing, our contract requires the lender to approve the payoff before it is sent out, so we unfortunately have no control over how long it takes them to respond.

  I've never sold a house and held the mortgage before altho I have re-habbed and sold several. Am a senior so was not looking forward to all the paperwork that goes with being the Lien Holder plus the Gov. ( bless them) keeps changing the details. Cannot tell you how much relief I felt when the people I kept calling at Note Servicing would listen hard to what I was asking and then say calmly "oh we do all that for you, that's part of our service". And at a reasonable price, while I hate to part with any profit I might make, hiring a professional that knows what to do can actually make you money either in savings or giving you time to do more at what you are best at. And filling Government forms isn't one of them for me! Strongly recommend Note Servicing Center as they put you at ease and work hard at taking care of you.

  Great Company! I had many, many questions and they patiently answered each and every one of them clearly. I was very nervous about selecting a note servicing company having never done this before. I read many reviews for several servicing companies and found the Note Servicing Center to have the most consistent positive reviews. I also spoke to several other companies and while they were helpful, the people at NSC were always helpful and made me feel very comfortable speaking with them and I never felt rushed. Everyone I have spoken to has been excellent from my very first inquiry through the entire process. I look forward to continuing our working relationship. I highly recommend using NSC for your note servicing needs.

  I have several of my notes serviced with Note Servicing Center. The company is excellent! The services goes beyond what I had imagined. Stacy and the staff provide excellent customer service! My questions are always answered very informatively and professionally. NSC provides structured communication of the statuses of my notes: intake, documents, payments, and deposits. I also get monthly reports which are very helpful in viewing the life cycle of the note. Note Service Center has made my life much easier. I can carry on with daily life without having to worry about the hassle of payment collection, letter correspondences, or financial analysis. The company is remarkable with its service and operations!

  I can't say enough positive things about this company. From the very beginning they have been heads above others. From the very start when I was researching note servicing companies, they were the first to respond to my inquiries, they have answered my endless emails and phone calls patiently, professionally and quickly through the whole process and continue to do so now that the notes have been established. Their rates are most reasonable and they have the current technology allowing both they buyer and seller to go on line to access their account.

If payments are not received within the grace period, we must charge a late fee. We've worked with you and offered solutions for you to get your payments to us on time, but you have not been receptive. Please feel free to take advantage of our Auto Withdrawal option to ensure your payments are received in a timely manner.

  I've tried many account servicing companies the last several years and these guys are right up there with the best! I've had a great experience with them and I'm migrating my accounts to them for servicing. Decent prices and it's not too hard to get someone on the phone. Very responsive to my needs. I'll be referring others.
