  I am merely writing this review to help other women and particularly women of color like myself. I had a great experience with Freeman Toyota up until I leased a Camry hybrid that I was locked into for three years. Luckily, we are in an age now where you can get a vehicle through services that allow the consumer to reconsider the purchase after a week. I unfortunately did not have this luxury and bore the brunt of an ill-informed decision that ultimately was not fruitful in the end. Please keep in mind that leasing a vehicle is a costly way to obtain a car. In the end, you will not own it and will have to pay an exorbitant amount after the lease period is over. If you can get by with a cash car instead or a hand-me-down vehicle, you will be doing yourself a much better favor in the long run when you can outright purchase or finance a better vehicle on reasonable terms. A prior mentor of mine informed me that car dealerships are in the business of separating you from your well-deserved income. I know that this is not representative of all dealers who genuinely do care about their customers but please keep in mind that they are indeed a business. Give yourself time to think over the terms of an offer or deal. When I got involved with my leased Camry, Toyota was engaged in a program where a prior vehicle could be swapped out for a newer vehicle. Basically, I swapped out a regular Camry for a hybrid Camry only to find out that the savings in gas mileage were inconsequential. Again, please understand that car dealerships are in the business of making money. I was ignorant to how car dealers can pressure especially lone customers to making purchases that are not ultimately in their best interests. I also had the unfortunate experience of having my key fob misplaced when I voluntarily had the vehicle detailed prior to returning it. I had a less than pleasant customer service representative who believed that I was at fault for losing the key fob when one of the associates from the detailing company admitted to what had happened. Please use your discernment when here, especially as a woman and a woman of color.

  We just purchased a 2019 Highlander at Freeman Toyota. Our salesman, James Padilla, was so nice and knowledgeable. He was very well versed about the comparisons between the models. He helped tremendously in making our decision very easy. I have been driving a 21 year old Toyota Land Cruiser that still runs great. You just can't beat Toyota vehicles!! Thank you James.....

  Bought a used car at the Freeman Toyota , sales person was helpful even though the wait was long , I was straight forward and requested in advance that I did not wanted to be "Victim" of a financing tricks and paid 1/2 of the sames price cash , he assured me that would not happen after almost four hours later and the dealership almost closing time I got out of there with a loan worth of the 100% cash price Devon at the financing added all sort of items to the loan , Called the earlier next morning and Devon said that was to late to cancel those charges that loan was submitted . I insisted that was not interested and talked to William Bates again I made it clear and he said that was fixed and no need for me to do anything further that lender would get the refund , I contact them again before the 30 day mark to make sure and again Bill said everything cool . (In a same note car had since the first day an issue with the tire they revised and said that was just the sensor to run it at least 30 miles and would be just fine , well it wasn't took car again 3 weeks or so later and they discovered a nail and the service department refused to fix it because of the position of the nail considering that $4400.00 were charged on warranties and protections ) Long story I went to the bank today and asked about the credit for those items that I cancelled and they said dealer has not done anything to correct and I went there lady said Okay here it is and guess what they are charging me now 379.85 prorated use of those warranties and service that was never provided to me and that I cancelled once before 24 hours and then verified before the 30 day mark , That is so wrong , If you are buying from them beware of the financing department or better take advise from somebody who knows about financing and do not let them get you out of their office with charges and warranties that are worthless , The service in advance with interest they offer is way to expensive and they would not honor their own contracts, I am not willing to pay fees or penalties and they should own their wrongdoing

  Bought a 2018 Tacoma. Didn't give me the tail gate key. Finally got that sorted out, but I've dump over $1000 in repairs to this truck sonce purchase. Leaky windshield and rats infested in the HVAC system. Never again. Never Toyota.

  We take our two autos to Freeman for service when needed. I've been a customer for about eight years. I always call Desmond in the service department, he is always pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable, and the customer service he provides is excellent! I can't say enough good things about the service I receive at this dealership. They always clean my car inside and out, deliver what they promise, and never try to over-sell me things I don't need!   I have been to Freeman Toyota several times for my car service and having an appointment really helps. Representatives are very friendly and waiting area is welcoming too. They do have beverages hot and cold for their customers who wait at the waiting area. Very nice dealership overall.

  Toyota’s salesman Gustavo Lara made the buying process very pleasant he fought very hard to get us the car we wanted and provided all the answers we had about the cars. I highly recommend him as your car salesman!

  Adam Ramsey was an excellent. He worked with me, didn’t require that I go in for a test drive (since I knew what I wanted), was upfront, honest, and found exactly what I was looking for. He did not harass me and keep calling or texting, he told me what he could do and worked to find what I needed. He was absolutely amazing. I’ve visited a number of dealerships in the area and was expecting something to go wrong or being surprised once I went to pick up the car but that did not happen. I was worried that finance would be an issue but Mo Sayed was also fantastic. Once my contract was signed, I had a question and Mo was able to address the question and correct it. If this was the first dealership I’d ever gone to, I would question all the issues others have with dealerships. They did not ask that I fill out a survey BEFORE going through the entire process, giving them 10s. They didn’t show me one car and tell me it sold once I got there. They didn’t upsell me or pressure me into things that I’d already told them I did not want. They were amazing. Adam and Mo are the best, there are no hidden fees, they don’t pressure you, they’re honest and they tell you what they can do. I would recommend these guys a million times over. They were fantastic and made the process so very easy.
