  I feel like a valued customer each time I take my car into the service department. I usually deal with Fred Height but recently dealt with Chase who was always great. If only their finance department were as pleasant. I cannot say that I have had one single pleasant experience with that department, even though we have paid cash for our last three cars.

  Service department is horrible. Told me it would take about an hour to get a replacement key made. Over 2 and a half hours later they finally have it done. Then they leave trash in my car and marker on my windshield. I ask for the service manager and he comes out and basically calls my a liar. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't go back.

  5/5 stars for both Alex Oglesby (Senior Sales Consultant) & Jorge Garcia (Finance Manager). Both exemplified excellent customer service & truly made leasing my second Honda stress free & quick. I am recommending both of them to all my friends & family interested in getting a new car. And when I return, I will only want those two employees to help me. Thank you both for making this car leasing experience wonderful!

  My experience with Huggins Honda's service department during COVID-19 was exceptional. My advisor (James Gray) spent time informing me of the service needs of my vehicles, helped me evaluate priorities, and made me feel confident and comfortable in making my own choices. The service process was smooth with transportation arranged so I do not need to take off work to wait for my service done. The pricing was also reasonable. I highly recommend this dealer for your service need.

  Nathaniel Franklin was my Advisor/Attendant for my 2019 Honda Accord Sport. He finished the job in an ample amount of time. He informed me of the issues that I had with my Vehicle, and advised me of the importance of taking care of it at that time. He had a very good knowledge of his job, and my vehicle. He is a Great Asset to Huggins Honda. I would recommend him to my Family and Friends.

  The service department was AWESOME!! They were professional and very helpful. I didn't even buy this car from them but they treated me waaaaay better than the dealership I did purchase from. They set me up with a loaner, took care of my repair and even got some other things I needed done covered under my maintenance plan. The only reason we did not get this car from them was because we had to have a car immediately. The salesman we spoke to was very nice and was upfront with us about everything. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted to purchase had transmission issues and he let us know. If we could have waited to get a car, we would have so we could have purchased it from Huggins. We WILL be purchasing our next vehicle from them!!

  Huggins Honda is a great place to buy a car or have your car serviced. Great folks, knowledgeable, personable, and polite. I’ve gotten 4 cars there and have had no issues at all when service time or warranty issues come up. Try them, you won’t regret it.
