  The people here are extremely lazy. The ladies at the counter are very unhelpful and there is always a long line when u try to talk to anyone. The bank itself is under staffed. The hours of operation is a joke and it shows how lazy they are! Who closes at 4pm on a business day?

  They deserve ZERO stars. 15 people in line with one or two tellers. NO drive thru access, it was all closed. I'm closing my BOA account since they still charged me $8 to cash a check drawn on their bank and me being an account holder. Total CRAPOLA. GO AWAY BOA!

  Worst location ever!!! They ask you to set a appointment to talk to a banker but your still waiting for 45 mins to a hour before you could even talk to anyone. Their under staff, even on a Wednesday the line is to the door. Do not come here if your trying to get in and out because you will be waiting for more then 45mins.

  This is one of the worst banks that I have to go to. Alway when I come to the drive through only one commercial lane is open. Most of the time it's 5 cars deep. I have to get back to work and can't be in line 20 minutes..

  I went there on Monday April 16 and didn’t leave till the next day Tuesday. This place is slow but it’s understadable, they literally chiseled in my information on a slab of rock! Talk about old school! And who needs more employees when you can slave away one good one!

  No drive through, 2 tellers and a line almost to the door. The tellers are very nice and professional, they are the highlight if the bank other than that no customer service.

  Banking with BOA for more than 2 decades. This Banking center stands out with the extended customer services by the tellers named Brigida and Norma. They always wear a smile on their face all the time to help you above and beyond. Thank you!

  The wait is to long inside and in the outside drive-thru. Not enough employees to handle their customers. Friendly service but that's all that is good about this bank.

  I went into this location, the lady at the counter refused to help and wouldn’t even allow me to open up an account or cash a check because they were “too busy”. There was not one person behind me in line.
