Thomas Winingar1Do not open a account here! The customer services and appreciation is the worst I've ever seen. I'm pulling my money and going to a better bank. They will hold your money back from you and won't let you use it. If you have an issue They will do nothing to help. It's been problem after problem for over a year. I don't think they even deserve 1 star.

Helen Schultz1The bankerI was nice when I opened my new account. I'm upset because they can't setup online banking due to I had an account set up online over 10 yrs ago. Because I'm divorced and changed my name, they want my divorce decree. I can't find it. Now they want me to go to court house and get it. How do they think my driver's license was changed. Very inconvenient for online banking.

Diane Siegel1Representative banker was wearing mask below nose. Had to be with her 20 minutes as papers were notarized. Masking has to be complete to be effective. We expect more from Wells Fargo or any quality professional bank. When questioned about how she was wearing it she said "I have to breathe". duh

David Law1They shut down an account I opened specifically for work. I even questioned the time frame given myself but they assured me my routing would work. I told them there would be a three to five week lag before my first deposit and it would be corporate again I was told that was fine there would be no problem. They then shut the account down with no warning or even a notice 11 days later. 4 days later my money was deposited to an account that didnt even exist!!!!!!!!!! No way to get to it and my client had to stop payment and resend directly to me. Wells Fargo then added insult to injury by blaming me when called about it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! AVOID THIS BRANCH!!!!

KATIE BLANN1This Wells Fargo is extremely slow. I have been on numerous occasions and have had to sit for an average of 15+ minutes in the drive thru for a simple deposit

Sushmita Dhakal1Very slow service. Took literally one hour to verify the payee information whereas my name was right there on the check. Be ready to spent good 1-2 hours to cash your check if you don't have account. Infact don't even come to this bank if you don't have account with them.

Zoe B1Blonde lady with glasses was super rude,went to cash a check, and she wouldn't cuz I didn't have an account but didn't realize I came to set one up with the money from the check. Instead she rushed me off and I wet next door to Chase. I was much much happier with that decision.
