  Fabiola and Mya are super friendly and professional. We needed a notary public for a private family matter and we definitely felt our information and situation would be kept secure. Professional service with a friendly smile and understanding of delicate situations is what received. We will certainly be using Trinity Tax Services again and will consider using other services that they provide too!!! 10/10 would use again:)

  I have been working with Mya and her team for the past three (3) years and it has been the easiest and stress free experience that I could imagined! When I began my private practice I was worried about how I would complete my taxes, however, Mya’s superior experience in this area, mixed with the comfortable atmosphere she creates, kept me coming back each year. Not only will she ensure your return is maximized, she goes above and beyond to make sure you understand every detail regarding the tax process. I can honestly say that Mya has helped me shift my view of viewing taxes from a stressful experience to an enjoyable one. I would recommend her highly with no reservations whatsoever. Additionally, her quality speaks for itself, in that everyone I have referred to her (including my married partner) have left her office with a large return and a smile on their face. Overall, Mya is easily the top CPA and tax preparer I have ever used or come into contact with. If there were a higher rating than 5-stars, I would give that.

  I highly recommend Trinity Tax Services LLC. Mya and Fabiola go above and beyond to make sure that they do everything possible to make you feel like part of their extended family! They are professional, extremely knowledgeable, ethical and always up to date on all tax laws. I have been very pleased with their level of service, commitment to excellence and their proactive ways of always putting a smile on my face for the past five years. These ladies do not skip a beat. They make Tax Season almost as enjoyable as Football Season! I know that Mya as my quarterback and Fabiola as my Defense nothing can go wrong! I have been able to celebrate five years of Tax Seasons with these incredible ladies and they always put a “W” on the scoreboard for me! I don’t know how Mya does it, but she always remembers to send heartfelt texts on my Birthday, Holidays, and sometimes just an out of the blue text to check on me! I definitely give these ladies five gold stars for their hard work and dedication to their profession! Proud to have them as my favorite team during Tax Season and Family during the off season! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very professional. LEGIT. Communicated with me in a timely manner through via text, email,or phone call if I missed a call or had a question. Mya and Fabiola took very good care of me..My refund didn't take long at all to process and hit my account. I will be using them again. Reasonable price. Genuine ladies. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I came here needing help. I thought I was gonna get it. I needed to file 2019 and 2016. She got the paperwork prepared for 2016 and I mailed that in myself. She did my 2019 and said it was filed electronically back in May/June. I waited weeks and never saw it on the irs website. She had suggested that I start doing some 1099 work to help with taxes next year and I did that. I had questions about it so I called her in August to ask and mentioned im not seeing my 2019 taxes as filed. It says they are not received. She said well coronavirus, blah blah.....ok. I called back in September and same spill....give them time, they are behind. Finally I spoke with someone at IRS that said they dont have my taxes. I called her back and told her now its a problem because Im gonna be charged with late file and interest and penalties. She snaps back, they dont charge late when you get a refund. I said I owe taxes. She finally decided to look in her computer and turns out she entered the wrong social. So the efile was rejected. So now I get to pay late charges on top of what I owe. Add another 6 weeks to that because efile for 2019 is now turned off. All I got was an Im sorry. Everytime I called it was like she was too busy with other things and I didnt matter I was just a complainer. She assumed I was waiting on a refund when in reality I was waiting for my balance to update so I could start paying my taxes off.

  The staff at this place (Mya and Fabiola) are professional and informative at the same time. We presently utilize this tax preparation firm for a variety of services including personal taxes and payroll assistance. We plan to continue to utilize Trinity Tax Services.

  This place does a good job with the taxes and payroll. Mya and Fabiola are always pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this place to anyone who does not want to worry about getting the taxes done.
