  Disgrace of a company! Do not do business when them! Complaint filed with State Farm. They do not do automatic billing and they are rude on the phone to longtime customers. They are charging a significant amount more than competitors and their service is flat out terrible. Seriously, avoid at all costs.

  My in laws have their policy here and asked that I help them with their new policy. Bonnie assisted me from begging to end. She was so kind, quick and efficient. I am very appreciative for how easy she made the whole process for us!

  I called yesterday after getting pulled over because I was never given proof of insurance. The receptionist on the phone was apathetic and did not help at all. She refused to email me anything and made a joke that I could come pick up a copy of my insurance, knowing I was pulled over on the side of the road. I stopped by today to renew my insurance and the receptionist recognized me and made me wait outside. I waited outside for several minutes because the woman Sharon that was supposed to assist me, was eating. The sign on the door says max 3 customers and I was the only person in the office aside from the employees. After I walked in a second time from waiting outside, Sharon said to me "You can come up now, whatever your name is". Unproffessional on both sides. Have some decency for others.

  Decency is not telling lies. This is another example of someone who makes things up without proof. The fact she states she never was given proof of insurance is a lie. Proof was given to this individual when she reapplied back in 2019. This individual showed up without an appointment. She was told in advance that she needs to make an appointment prior to coming to the office, she did not do so. My office has COVID-19 restrictions as to how many can be in the office at one time. The consumer has a right to do business with whom they choose. The Business also has the right to do to the same.

  I've never had any problems with them. I recently adjusted my insurance by how many miles a year I drive.

  Excellent Customer Service! Very reasonable quotes.... Bonnie is an Excellent Agent, with knowledge and experience with auto and home polices! My wife loves her State Farm! 😊👍🏻

  Terrible insurance company for homeowners. This agent cancelled my homeowners policy after I made one relatively small claim in 5 years.
