  Went for oil change, check out a recall and had them check two other problems while I waited. Thought it was took a little while longer than expected for the oil change but turns out they took care of all my problems. Excellent service

  I had an appointment for 8:15am. Dropped my car off at 7:30am. Called at 3pm not done called at 5pm not done. Was told they will “SQUEEZE ME IN” guys will be working late. I had an appointment that I made on Monday for 8:15am When I got there my car wasn’t even touched I was told that my appointment didn’t mean my car would be done at that time. It was a oil change and tire rotation. All I got was sorry . I will not be going back there nor would I ever recommend their service.

  Do NOT get service done here. I’ve used Ace for years for oil changes and repairs with good results but not this time. I had my front rotors & pads done and 2 days later there was a terrible noise coming from the front of my car. I took it back to ford and asked them to check it since I just had work done and there was no noise before being serviced. I sat there for 2.5 hrs and they told me it was nothing they did and gave me a list of stuff to get fixed and did NOTHING to fix the problem. So I went to another mechanic to have it looked at because at this point I don’t trust Ford. He said they left the lug nuts on my tire really loose and my wheel was very close to coming off while I was driving. He tightened them up and the noise actually went away. I will never go to ford again and I highly recommend that others don’t either if they want to be safe. They are no longer a reputable establishment.

  Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I purchased my first Ford Edge @ 9 years ago. Ive had it serviced there every single time. I just bought a certified preowned used vehicle from them and I am VERY SATISFIED! The staff were informative, courteous and respectful throughout the entire buying process! From the initial review of options thru pricing features warranty and finally financing. I wouldnt go anywhere else. A great dealership!

  Took my 2017 Escape for its second oil change at around 4,400 miles. In and out VERY quickly. Ace's Service Department is superb, which is why I bought the car from them. If only they would work on my 2012 Fiat 500, I wish.

  Took my truck in for it's initial service. Was in and out in 1 hour. These guy's have their stuff together. I took my wife's Cadillac in for service (at the Caddy dealership) and I was stuck there for 4 hours.

  one of THE worst experience ever had this salesman who calls himself a pro 30+ years in sales repeatedly kept failing to wear his mask, Doing small talks, the truck we wanted he himself had no clue where it was. made up his own interest rate , asking customer their ethnicity as if he knows lot about the culture. over weight manager who has a face as if someone stole his girlfriend cant fit in chair. A horrible experience dont deserve any star.

  I made an appointment days in advance for service, took the day off from work so I could drop off my vehicle for the day, and the service department didn't do anything . I left several texts and emails and got no response. For my trouble all I received was a sorry. I will not be patronizing Ace again

  I took my wife's car in for service, I was greeted right away and went over the work that was being done to the car. They preformed "The works service" while I waited. When completed Brain went over everything with me he had some recommendations for me, but I choose to wait until another time, which was no problem, and no pressure. They did a great job and in a timely manner.
